- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 19, to obtain Lithotripsy services for the Salt Lake City VA Health Care System. The services performed must meet the qualifications in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Department of Veteran Affairs (DOVA) regulations and policies. The contract start date is anticipated to be 01 August 2019. The Government is anticipating awarding a firm-fixed price contract to a single contractor. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 621512 (Diagnostic Imaging Centers) and size standard of $15M. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov on approximately 17 June 2019. No paper copies will be issued. Award will be made based on FAR 15 Best Value Trade-Off Process. The contractor's proposal shall include a price section, a past-performance section, and a technical section, and must conform to the instructions contained within each section. Each CLIN in the pricing proposal must be priced. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. If the Government decides to award with discussions, you will be notified as soon as possible, and asked to provide additional information. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). www.sam.gov prior to submitting the proposal. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
