- The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole source contract with GSL Solutions using the procedures in FAR Part 13, to effect a contract that can provide maintenance and an auto notification system for the current Intellicab system located at the pharmacy on Goodfellow AFB. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Single Source Justification is also being provided as part of this notice. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one responsible source. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541511,Custom Computer Programming Services, with a business size standard of $27.5 Million.
