- The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Arnold AFB, Tennessee has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to MTI Instruments, 325 Washington Ave., Albany, NY 12205. The Government intends to purchase a Signal Conditioner, Tachometer MTI Model No. TSC-4800A configured to meet our needs. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334519, size standard is 500 employees.
