- NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) intends to NON-COMPETITIVELY award a firm-fixed price contract for the below referenced requirement per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). No additional solicitation will be issued. As per FAR 5.207 (c)(16)(ii) and authority FAR 6.302-1, All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency within 15 calendar d ays after the date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. <See Attached> NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
