- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.303, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 319th Contracting Flight at 295 Steen Blvd Bldg 242, Grand Forks AFB ND 58205 intends to procure an Air Compressor for the 319th Civil Engineer Squadron.
