- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 0011364698 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $32.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-06-14 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Special Shipping Instructions. The MICC Fort Gordon requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: The Contractor shall provide thirty seven (37) double rooms for a period of 1 night, one hundred thirty four (134) double rooms for a period of 3-nights, one hundred eleven (111) double rooms for a period of 2-nights and twenty three (23) double rooms for a period of 3 nights for the period of 31 Jul thru 1 Aug beginning on 12 Jul 2019 with checkout occurring on 1 Aug 2019. The Contractor shall provide lodging support for seventy four (74) people 12 Jul 2019, two hundred sixty six (266) people 13 Jul 2019 thru 16 Jul 2019, two hundred twenty two (222) people 25 Jul 2019 thru 26 Jul 2019, Forty six (46) people 30 Jul 2019 thru 1 Aug 2019 for 324th Signal Battalion (E) during the period of 13 Jul 2019 through 1 Aug 2019. The party will arrive on 12 Jul 2019 and will checkout by 1200 hours 1 Aug 2019. This is standard Saturday check-in and standard checkout on Thursday. For each room, there should be parking available for two (2) vehicles The room rate cannot exceed the joint travel regulation per diem rate for Fort Gordon, GA. Please read statement of work thoroughly.
