Description
GSA MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE (MAS) SOLICITATION. The Southwest Supply and Acquisition Center, Fort Worth, Texas, is issuing a refreshed solicitation effective June 11, 2019 electronically. IMPORTANT: CURRENT SCHEDULE 084 CONTRACTORS DO NOT NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. SIGNIFICANT CHANGES WITH THIS REFRESH: Schedules were made aware that there are wage determinations (WDs) missing from the files incorporated into all solicitations via the April/May refresh. After significant research and validation of the files, we have determined that the size of the file resulted in instability when downloading and emailing, causing a portion of the files to be dropped from the PDFs. We have corrected for this issue by breaking the files into smaller parts, and have validated that the files now contain all necessary WDs. In order to incorporate the updated files into our MAS solicitations, we are refreshing all Schedules. In addition to the updated WD files, the clause updates below will be made as well: I-FSS-599 (FEB 2018) - Date corrected to APRIL 2018. CI-FSS-151-N (OCT 2015) (ALT I-JUL 2016) - currently designated as a clause, will be changed to a provision. CI-FSS-151-N (OCT 2015) - currently designated as a clause, will be changed to a provision. CI-FSS-151-S (OCT 2015) - currently designated as a clause, will be changed to a provision. CI-FSS-151-S (OCT 2015) (ALT I-JUL 2016) - currently designated as a clause, will be changed to a provision. FAQs on the Federal Marketplace website at: https://www.gsa.gov/about-us/organization/federal-acquisition-service/fas-initiatives/federal-marketplace-strategy NOTICE: The GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program has recently experienced a tremendous increase in new offers. Due to the large number of new offers currently in process, it could take up to 12 months before your offer is evaluated. GSA's practice is to evaluate offers in the order in which they are received. However, GSA may give priority to processing certain offers when circumstances dictate, such as when a federal agency Contracting Officer specifically requests an expedited offer review in order to meet a pending requirement that will be procured under the MAS program, or when there is a need for GSA to bring strategically critical new products or services to market in order to meet federal customer needs. Please note that all vendors submitting an offer under this Solicitation must have their Offeror Representations and Certifications updated in the System for Award Management (SAM)website. The SAM website can be accessed http://www.sam.gov. Please note that any offer submitted after July 11, 2019 MUST be submitted on the Solicitation dated June 11, 2019 (Refresh #34) and must be submitted through the eOffer system. Offers received after July 11, 2019 that are submitted on prior versions will not be accepted. Interested parties may access the solicitation at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
