Description
AMEND 0001- ISSUED TO ADD MISSING DOCUMENT, PROVIDE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED AND EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE TO 6/17/2019. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. NOTE ALL TIMES ARE IN 24 HOUR CLOCK FORMAT. QUESTIONS AND ANSWER: Question: What is the device types and count of ACS hardware that will need to be extracted? Answer 1: The following devices will need to be extracted: (1) Two (2) proximity readers, one (1) door controller board, applicable power supply devices, and wiring (data and power). (2) Fours (4) egress exit devices. 2. Repair or replace any failed hardware and wiring infrastructure during and after all upgrades are completed and complete any Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) returns or exchanges as required for material failures under warranty including labor and shipping fees. Question: Please confirm that the contractor is only responsible for the newly installed equipment to include (hardware/ and software). Answer 2: The contractor is responsible for the newly installed ACS equipment (hardware and software) as well as any unrelated hardware, software, or infrastructure damaged during installation of the newly installed equipment. *********************************************************************** This is a Full and Open Competitive Service requirement for Security Access Control Upgrade. This service requires brand name materials for which the VENDOR is responsible for obtaining to use during installation.
