- Site Visit Info: It is the intent of the Government that all prospective offerors visit the project site prior to submitting a proposal. Failure to visit the project site will not disqualify an offeror; however, the offeror acts at his/her own risk and will not be relieved from complying with the terms and conditions of any resultant contract by reason of such failure. In no event will a failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a later claim. A site visit has been arranged for 19 September 2018 at 09:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Contractors will meet in the parking lot adjacent to the Leader Workforce Development Center (LDC) building 2/2020, Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310. This is the only site visit that will be conducted for this acquisition. All interested firms may attend with a limit of two (2) attendees per firm. Companies planning to attend this site visit must notify the Contract Specialist no later than 1:00 PM EDT, 13 September at William.d.covington2.civ@mail.mil or sherry.e.carpenter.civ@mail.mil, with email subject line reference: Solicitation: W91247-18-T-E914 Fort Bragg Site Visit. Attendees shall provide the following information for each attendee: business name and address, legal name, telephone, and e-mail address. Due to the nature of this requirement drawings and/or locations will be provided at the site visit only. If you do not attend the site visit you will not have access to this information. Industry participants will not be permitted to take photos or videos during the site visit. Violations of this notice may result in severe penalty. Questions will not be answered during the course of the site visit. Attendees will be afforded one occasion in which they may submit questions regarding the site visit/solicitation.
