- Davidson Technologies, Inc. (DTI)* located in Huntsville, Alabama is being awarded a competitive, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract at a total value of $2,713,328. Contract number HQ0147-19-C-0006. The period of performance is from April 19, 2019 through April, 18 2020. Under this contract DTI will develop a virtual cyber range that shall conduct real-world cybersecurity training events, enable product security evaluations, and provide penetration assessments/services. DTI will perform the work in Huntsville, Alabama. This contract was competitively procured via publication on the Federal Business Opportunities website through the Advanced Technology Innovation Broad Agency Announcement HQ0147-17-ATI-BAA. Fiscal year 2019 Research, Development, Test and Evaluation funds in the amount of $2,713,328 are being obligated on this award. In accordance with FAR 35.006 (c), the use of a cost reimbursement contract for this research and development effort is appropriate. This is not a Foreign Military Sales acquisition. The Missile Defense Agency, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama is the contracting activity.
