Description

DLA Aberdeen anticipates issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about July 1, 2019. A draft of the RFP is included with this posting. The Government does not own the technical data package (TDP) for the requirement. This requirement is for 77 spares and components supporting the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical Increment 2 (WIN-T INC 2) System. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Long-Term Contract (LTC) with Prospective Price Redetermination with one five-year base period and one five-year option period. Based on market research, acquisition policies under FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation will apply. The maximum contract value is $400,000,000.00 for ten years, and the estimated annual spend of $20,000,000.00. These figures are provided for planning purposes only. A guaranteed minimum will be provided for year one (1) of the contract only and will be issued with the first delivery order. The known approved manufacturer for these items is General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), CAGE 67032 and 0P0N7. Delivery is to DLA Distribution Facility in New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not to be considered an RFP. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal upon release of the RFP. This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet for viewing and downloading on the Federal Business Opporunities (FBO) website at the following address: https://www.fbp.gov.
