Description

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Applications Contracting Office (TAKO) has a requirement to acquire 3 (three) each Riveer Tactical Rinse Systems (TRS). USSOCOM intends to issue a contract to Riveer, Inc., located at 233 Veterans Boulevard, South Haven, MI. The TRS system is a deployable automatic clear water rinse system for aircraft with a water collection and filtration system. The contractor shall provide the labor and materiels to install the TRS for Joint Base Lewis McCord (JBLM), WA, Ft. Campbell, KY and deployable unit. Inspection and acceptance will be at Destination. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabity to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within the time set for receipt of such capability statements will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government does not possess and cannot furnish the technical data required to develop engineering descriptions, technical data packages, or specifications necessary to permit full and open competition.
