This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This Solicitation Is A Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 dated Jan 11, 2019. A quotation is not an offer and, consequently, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Therefore, issuance by the Government of an order in response to a supplier s quotation does not establish a contract. The order is an offer by the Government to the supplier to buy certain supplies or services upon specified terms and conditions. A contract is established when the supplier accepts the offer. The last day for questions regarding this solicitation shall be no later than (NLT) Friday, June 25th 2019; 2:00 pm (1400hrs). Furthermore; site visits are recommended, but not mandatory. Visits must be done NLT June 25th, 2019, 2019; 2:00 pm (1400hrs). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The Contract begins on the date of award. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) is a healthcare group which consists of three inpatient facilities in Northern California, VA Palo Alto Hospital, Menlo Park VA Hospital, and Livermore VA Hospital, is seeking a licenses and certified vendor to provide maintenance, inspection, repair and testing of the Emergency Power Distribution Supply System (EPDSS) that consist of generators, load banks, best battery system and auxiliary equipment/systems.
