- Sealed bids from certified Small Business Concerns only will be accepted for the Monongahela National Forest Project WV ERFO FS 2016-1(6), Solicitation Number 693C73-19-B-000032, located in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The project consists of rehabilitation of FR 719A Extension and an unnamed woods road, and decommissioning of Sulphur Lick Run Road. The work includes reconstructing the roadway in areas that received storm damage such as side slopes and roadway washout outside of the portion of the roadway that is being decommissioned. This includes clearing and grubbing, embankment construction, construction of mechanically stabilized earth walls, culvert replacement, and resurfacing. The work also includes decommissioning of 1.91 miles of Sulphur Lick Run Road from the intersection with the unnamed woods road to the stream crossing near the intersection with FR719B, and other miscellaneous work. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Contract Award/Notice to Proceed is subject to the receipt of permits.
