- Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Earle has a requirement on behalf of the Naval Facilities Engineering Acquisition Division (FEAD) for Street Sweeping and Catch Basin cleaning in various areas on Main Station, Pier Complex, administration areas, piers, trestles and Normandy Road, Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck and Leonardo, New Jersey. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for this requirement. All other firms are deemed ineligible for award. Only one award shall be issued. The Government will select for award the offer(s) that are most advantageous and meet the best value requirements of the Government. The intended contract award will be Firm Fixed Price with a Base plus (4) Four Option Years. The NAICs code and size standard for this procurement is 561730, $7.5M. Eligible firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests may be emailed to the following address: greg.fiorillo@navy.mil. or faxed to 732-866-1011. Requests sent must include the solicitation number, your companies name and address, a Point of Contact, telephone number, email address, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS Number. A due date for the receipt of quotes has not been established at this time, but will be annotated in the Request For Quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award date for this action is April 2019. NOTES: A point of contact (POC) will be given for any necessary site visits at issuance of a formal solicitation. Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice. Release of an official solicitation is anticipated to occur in early February 2019. All responses to this pre solicitation notice shall be in writing; NO TELEPHONE INQUIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
