Description

This requirement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE Code: 78286) IAW U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A synopsis was not required for this action based on the exception found at FAR 5.202(a)(2). The government proposes to acquire, on a one time buy, Firm-fixed price contract, a quantity of 10 each of an Inserter and Remove; NSN: 5120-01-466-1906; Part Number: 38076-00017-002, applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Required delivery shall be FOB Destination. First article testing is not required. No telephone requests will be accepted. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
