- Description
- The 700th Contracting Squadron, Kapaun Air Station, Germany, hereby publicizes its notification of issuance of Request for Standard Form 330 under solicitation number FA5613-19-R-A005 to solicit proposals for the Multiple Award Architecture and Engineering (A-E) Contract (FY20AE) Program for the Ramstein Air Base (AB), Germany and its associated Geographically Separated Units (See solicitation Package for complete list). The Air Force intends to award up to six (6) contracts. The FY20AE is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts consisting of a wide variety of professional and non-professional A-E support services affecting real property on various federal and military installations. Performance of A-E support services will be accomplished through individual, firm-fixed-price task orders. Description of the work will be identified in each individual task order. This procurement is unrestricted (full and open competition). The estimated program value (combined value of all task orders from all awarded contracts) is $49,000,000 over a seven-year performance period. The projected period of performance will be a single 5-year ordering period, starting 15 Nov 2019 through 30 Sep 2024, and one (1) two-year option period, starting 1 October 2024 through 30 September 2026. Project task orders may range between an estimated 500 Euros and 600,000 Euros. All contractors MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award.
