Description

NAVFAC-Washington PWD, NAS Patuxent River is issuing a Solicitation Notice for REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF VCT AND CARPET at BUILDING 438; located NAVAL AIR STATION PATUXENT RIVER, Patuxent River, MD. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to remove and replace VCT and carpet in rooms 110, 111, 112, hallways, Mechanical room, and Janitor ™s Closet at Building 438, in accordance with the resulting Scope of Work. The period of performance for the proposed contract will be SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS AFTER AWARD. This solicitation will be available on or about 28-JANUARY-2019 with an anticipated quote due date of 08-FEBRUARY-2019, and an estimated award date of 13-FEBRUARY-2019. The solicitation (and any attachments) will be available to view and download at https://www.neco.navy.mil, when available. Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors only. The applicable NAICS code is 238330 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 MILLION. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Government. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO SOLICITATION.
