Description
Description: The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Directorate of Procurement, on behalf of USSOCOM PEO-FW, will be conducting an Industry Day event for the AC/MC-130J Radio Frequency Countermeasures (RFCM) program. USSOCOM will conduct a briefing to Industry in support of the AC/MC-130J RFCM program. This Industry Day will occur on Monday, 24 June 2019, from 1300 to 1700 and Tuesday, 25 June 2019, from 0800 to1700 at NTS Pinewood located at 6701 S. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33611. This announcement serves as a special notice and is issued for information and market research purposes only. The Industry Day does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals. Industry Day attendance is voluntary and is not required for submissions to the RFCM other transaction authority (OTA) prototype demonstration formal announcement. Industry Day: The purpose of this Industry Day is to provide an overview of the upcoming OTA prototype demonstration requirement, and to answer any questions industry might have regarding the solicitation requirements and evaluation techniques. The draft solicitation is attached. This Industry event will be an informative meeting for vendors that are capable of meeting the current requirements and future needs of Special Operations Forces (SOF) Operators for AC/MC-130J RFCM systems to be integrated on both aircraft platforms. These sessions are to enable USSOCOM to incorporate industry feedback into the final OTA solicitation and demonstration, communicate program requirements and schedule, and gain a better understanding of recent Industry developments and pricing. Schedule: Industry Day will be dedicated to an information briefing, question and answer (Q&A) session, and one-on-one vendor/Government meetings. The one-on-one meetings are limited to contractors whose intent is to submit a system with the intent to demonstrate a production representative B-kit (receive and transmit capability). These meetings will be limited to 45 minutes with the goal of discussing the vendor's current capabilities in regard to fulfilling the AC/MC-13J RFCM requirement. Contractors who do not intend to submit a white paper or demonstrate a system may still attend the Industry Day information briefing and general Q&A session. If desired, please request a one-on-one meeting on your registration form. RFCM Industry Day participants must register to the administrative POC listed below by completing and submitting the registration form no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 17 Jun 2019 with a copy of their organization's DD2345, "Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement". Please note that attendance information will not be available to the public. All discussions will be held at the US SECRET level and a SECRET clearance or higher is required for attendance. All participants must be US citizens. Foreign participation is NOT authorized. Participants will not be allowed to bring in any electronics including, but not limited to: portable computers, cameras, two-way pagers, cellphones, thumb drives, blackberries, wireless transmitters, Wi-Fi devices, blue-tooth enabled key fobs/watches/fitbits, etc. Participants must be certified to receive military critical technical data under the US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp) and to receive, create, process, analyze and store US Classified up to and including SECRET.
