Description

Navy Hospital Jacksonville, FL requests a brand name semen analyzer. A Notice of Intent to negotiate a sole source award was posted April 18, 2019. The notice was identified as N68908-19-Q-0040. Based on responses, it has been determined that a sole source contract will not be sought but rather brand name. Please see the attached solicitation and Justification and Approval for the for characteristics of the requested semen analyzer NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
