Description

Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement to Fairbanks Morse, LLC for Graham Burke Pumping Station Engine Repair and Rebuild. U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Contracting Branch, intends to issue a commercial service purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.5 on a sole source basis to Fairbanks Morse. This procurement is for the rebuild of three Fairbanks Morse opposed piston engines at the Graham Burke Pumping Station. The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Service type contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 with a Small Business size standard of $7.5M.
