- The intention of this solicitation/resultant contract is to obtain janitorial services for the Southern Research Experimental Station, 1577 Brevard Road Asheville, NC. The contract will be aawarded for a Service Base Period of 12 months and 4-12 option periods. The Contractor shall provide all labor, cleaning supples,supervision,tools,materials,equipment and transportation necessary to provide custodail services.
