- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Construction Equipment Services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Merrimack River Basin in New Hamsphire to include the following locations: Blackwater Dam, Webster, NH; Edward MacDowell Lake, Peterborough, NH; Everett Dam, Weare, NH; Franklin Falls Dam, Franklin, NH; Hopkinton Lake, Hopkinton, NH.
