- This Notice is to announce the US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA’s), intention to procure enhanced duty carbine barrels and barrel extensions on a sole source basis. This is an announcement only. This is not a request for quotation (RFQ) or request for proposal (RFP). Vendor may indicate their interest by submitting their capability statement to Nancy Costello, nancy.a.costello@usdoj.gov. The company that will provide the required services is Colt Manufacturing Company, 547 New Park Avenue, West Hartford, CT 06110-1336.
