VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System Turfgrass Hydroseeding Posting Date: June 17, 2019 Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Agency/Office: Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 10 Title: VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS) Fort Wayne Turfgrass Hydroseeding Classification Code: F099 Natural Resource Conservation Other NAICS Code: 561730-Landscaping Services Point of Contact: David Boyd This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. A Request for Quotes will be issued after this notice. The VA NIHCS Fort Wayne has a requirement for Turfgrass Hydroseeding. In general, NIHCS Fort Wayne VA Medical Center requires a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to accomplish the turfgrass hydroseeding application, establishment, and nurturing of the turfgrass. The Government anticipates awarding a single, firm-fixed price purchase order contract (no base plus options is offered). The Government further anticipates competing this requirement as full & open after exclusion of sources, set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. A formal Request for Quotes (RFQ) 36C2519Q0935 is to follow. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be June 21, 2019 with a due date of June 28, 2019. These dates are subject to change. Interested Offerors must refer to the final released RFQ on Federal Business Opportunities for due dates, times, and submission requirements.
