Description

This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with 10X Genomics, Inc. to procure Chromium TM cDNA synthesis services. This service is needed by The Vaccine Immunology Program, to provide an in-depth analyses of Vaccine Research Center's (VRC) influenza vaccine trials; specifically, the complex immunobiology characterizing the B cells recognizing influenza HA-stem region. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
