Description

SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor will be required to provide Full Food Service meals which include: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and should resemble the portion, variety and quality expected at established restaurants. Authorized diners are identified by two classifications, Subsistence-in-Kind (SIK) and Non-SIK. The Government will provide payment for only SIK diners. The contractor has the ability to set a fair and reasonable price for Non SIK diners that differs from the Government's SIK rate. The price determined for Non SIK meals shall not be less than the Government SIK. Non SIK Diners will NOT be recorded and billed on the Government Headcount. SIK diners have first priority. If the Contractor serves walk-ins, they shall not impede service for SIK diners. Under no circumstances shall the contractor use the Government provided facility to cater meals for non SIK Diners to be consumed outside the Dining Facility or outside normal hours of operation.
