Description

DUE DATE: 19 February 2019, 17:30 at Japan Standard Time This is General Market Research for Design and Install Energy Management Control System (EMCS) and Direct Digital Control (DDC) for HVAC at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The intent of this research is to gather commercial practices so the contracting office can maximize the opportunity to understand the commercial standard of required DDC for EMCS installation for future requirements. The market research and information you provide in response to this survey will be used by the US Government only and WILL NOT be shared with other contractors or organizations outside the US Government. The results of this research will not only help us determine if these services are available and offered in the market to meet our agency requirements. We have attached a summary of required services to this letter describing our requirements. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-FEB-2019).
