Description

INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to the First Data Bank, 500 East 96th St., Suite 500, Indianapolis, IN 46240 to purchase a license to the National Drug Data File (NDDF). Under the authority of FAR 6.301-1 10 U.S.C. 2304, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. A justification and approval is currently being processed for this requirement. This requirement is intended as a sole source procurement because First Data Bank (FDB) is the only source of the National NDDF, which CMS/ORDI needs to carry out research. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
