Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitation number is FDA_SOL_1214274. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02 dated May 06, 2019. The appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The Small Business Size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is solicited as a Full and Open competition.
