Description

1. The project is to replace timber framing and paint exterior of buildings #217,218, 221, 223, 224, and 229. 2. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $500,000 - $1,000,000 3. The performance period is 180 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 20 calendar days is included. 4. The solicitation will be issued on this website on or about 28 Jun 2019 with an anticipated bid opening date of approximately 29 July 2019. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments. 5. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 6. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 7. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
