Description
Special Notice License Renewal for Danish Hydraulic Institute Software This is not a solicitation. This is a notification of an intent to award a single source procurement under NAICS code 511210 Software Publishers. The Bureau of Reclamation Acquisition and Operation Branch in Denver, Colorado will solicit and award a purchase order to DHI Water & Environment to renew the annual license agreement for existing Danish Hydraulic Institute (DHI) MIKE-11, MIKE-21 and MIKE21-C Modeling Software Licenses. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide this requirement. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If firms believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, submit a technical capability statement along with business profile to Tim Bertsch tbertsch@usbr.gov within five (5) days of this notice. Any information received will be treated as market research information towards future similar or same requirements. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since the synopsis is not a request for proposal. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
