- The objective of this Market Survey/Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit feedback from sources capable of performing communication rack fabrication, providing technical personnel for engineering support, technical management, site preparation, and installation of the fabricated racks along with the communication equipment at FAA facilities in the National Airspace System (NAS). The combined technical requirements enable a single vendor to closely work together with FAA personnel to engineer, fabricate, deliver, and install communication solutions that seamlessly meet the FAA NEXCOM and Airport Cable Loop (ACL) program requirements. The Rack Fabrication, Installation and Engineering requirement is more fully and specifically described in Attachment (A) “ Draft Statement of Work (SOW).
