Description
IMCOM Chaplain Services provides worldwide services to Army personnel and their Families. This support enables IMCOM to meet their mission to synchronize, integrate, and deliver Religious Support and sustain facilities in support of Senior Commanders in order to enable a ready and resilient Army through Contractor supported services. There are many functions that comprise the Chaplain Services program, some of which are provided through active duty military, civilian, volunteers, and contracted support services. The mission of the Chaplains program is to provide for Essential Elements of Religious Services [EERS] to include performing music to ensure the free exercise of religion for all assigned Soldiers, civilians, and Family members at the Installation. IMCOM will synchronize, integrate, and deliver Religious Support and sustain facilities in support of Senior Commanders in order to enable a ready and resilient Army. The non-personal services to be rendered under this contract shall consist of the implementation of a program of music for the Fort Riley Religious Support Office. The contractor shall provide musicians to play the organist/pianist, various percussion instruments, brass instruments, and guitar (bass/acoustic) for the Fort Riley Catholic and Protestant Service conducted at various Fort Riley chapels. The requirement would include Holy days and Special Services as required. The qualified musicians would be supplied in accordance with the requirements set forth in this PWS. These services shall be performed without direct control supervision by any U.S. Government employee. The period of performance shall be for one 12-month base year and four 12-month option periods. Service sessions under this contract will vary and be dependent on the task. The contractor shall coordinate times with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Government Point of Contact and/or the Lead Chaplain.
