- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY This Request for information (RFI) is for the purpose of identifying companies that can meet the following Bureau of Reclamation Requirements. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for an Services to gather SAR data, to process SAR data into interferometric SAR (InSAR), InSAR stacking and possibly InSAR time series, and to analyze their results for the area encompassing Shasta Dam and its adjacent northern California regions. Contractor will gather SAR L-band data for both ALOS-1 and Sentinel-1 that cover the region indicated in Figure 1 in both ascending and descending paths with minimum of 5 year duration/coverage stack. Contractor will stack process both ALOS-1 and Sentinel-1 that cover the region for both ascending and descending paths with minimum of 5 year duration/coverage stack. Whenever possible, InSAR time series will also be preferred. Contractor will provide digital copy of all the data and results of the InSAR processing on Reclamation provided media. Contractor will provide a report related to the data, processing, results, and limitations of the InSAR stack processing. The report must include documentation of all the data and methodologies used in the InSAR processing as well as the description of the results and its limitations. This RFI shall not be considered as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the contractor submission of this RFI or the Government's use of such information. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any contractor's input resulting from this RFI. No contract will be awarded as a result of this announcement. Data submitted in response to this RFI will not be returned. INSTRUCTION FOR RFI SUBMISSION: After review of the attached documentation, interested parties may submit a response in an electronic format only via email to tbertsch@usbr.gov no later than June 27,2019 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Electronic files should be in Microsoft Office Word or PDF format. All information should be UNCLASSIFIED material only. Respondents should include as part of their submission: a. A synopsis of the company's capabilities in this area. b. GSA Number if applicable c. DUNS Number d. Company Name e. Company Address f.
