The Government will not pay for any information solicited The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors who can provide the following equipment per the description of item(s) below for the Richmond Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249: DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS BRAND NAME OR EQUAL ACCEPTED Model 1521 US HeartWare T: Touch screen tablet displays system performance and permits adjustment of selected controller parameters for cardiac information. Includes case, data cable, AC adapter, and power cord. (4 each) Manufacturer: Medtronic Inc All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to nicole.stewart3@va.gov.
