Description

The DHRA Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC) intends to award a sole source contract to Armstrong Process Group, Inc 1009 West River Drive New Richmond, WI 54017. This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) "Soliciting from a single source". The contract is for a 12-month period of performance. The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) requires Sparx EA training for its federal employees to enhance their professional capabilities, increase their efficiencies and enable them to apply the knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques of industry to meet mission objectives. Effective use of a well-defined enterprise architecture (EA) is a hallmark of successful organizations and a basic tenet of organizational transformation and systems modernization. Only one source is reasonably available to cover the entire scope of the training. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
