Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36157 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541990 with a small business size standard of $15.00M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-06-24 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Microbial Services The vendor will provide consultation of sampling and consolidation of samples. The vendor will analyze 400 samples for total microbial counts. Will analyze 50 samples for up to four healthcare-associated pathogens identified by the CDC. The vendor will deliver the culture and pathogen identification data to NIOSH in electronic format as either excel, MS-Word or text files. Following the analysis, the vendor will also provide NIOSH with detailed description of the methods and quality control procedures.
