Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotes. Questions concerning this acquisition may be addressed to heidi.n.holley.civ@mail.mil no later than 26 June 2019, 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Only electronic questions will be accepted. No telephonic requests will be honored. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract for Hematology Analyzer Cost per Reportable Test Lease for McDonald Army Health Center, Fort Eustis, VA. Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items and clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition to include any applicable addenda.
