Description

This section specifies the format and content that contractors shall use in this Request for Quote (RFQ). The intent is not to restrict the contractors in the manner in which they will perform their work but rather to ensure a certain degree of uniformity in the format of the responses for evaluation purposes. Vendors shall submit a quote that is legible and comprehensive enough to provide the basis for a sound evaluation by the Government. Information provided shall be precise, factual, and complete. Legibility, clarity, completeness, and responsiveness are of the utmost importance. Quotes shall be in the form prescribed by, and shall contain a response to each of the areas identified. Any quote which does not provide, as a minimum, that which is required in this RFQ may be determined to be substantially incomplete and not warrant any further consideration. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
