Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a firm-fixed-price modification under FAR Part 12 Commercial Item contract N00019-17-C-0081 to Rolls-Royce Corporation (RRC), 450 South Meridian Street Indianapolis IN 46225-1103, for one (1) MT7 Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) Portable Test Tool in support of the Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) Program. This commercial item will be procured pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies/services will satisfy agency requirements. Accordingly, this requirement is advertised as a sole source requirement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
