- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for Qty 1 EA; Lumistar system is being used to monitor weapon telemetry in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced Lumistar, Inc. 2270 Camino Vida Roble Suite L, Carlsbad, CA due The Lumistar system is being used to monitor weapon telemetry. The custom telemetry dictionaries, displays, and analysis tools have already been developed for these weapon systems that only work with the Lumistar product that are already in use.. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893619Q0309 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
