Description
The Department of Veteran s Affairs Seeks to lease the following: State: Toledo City: Ohio Delineated Area: North: I-475 South: I-80 East: US-24 West: US-20/I-475 Expansion Sq. Ft: 1,202 NUSF: 4,202 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces: 25, inclusive of handicap Parking Spaces Reserved: 2 (Normally handicap) Full Term: 10 years (120 months) Firm Term: 5 years (60 months) Soft Term: 5 years (60 months) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required and the offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Toledo, Ohio and is needing to expand by 1,200 ANSI/BOMA square feet for a new total of 4,202 ANSI/BOMA square feet. The Government will consider alternative space if it is economically advantageous. In deciding, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the above requirement as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, i.e. physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, information technology and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) who have properties meeting the above criteria should submit the information listed below via email to (LCO contact information) no later than 5:00 PM eastern time June 26, 2019. Information on properties submitted must include a property description, the address and the total number of parking spaces available. The VA will coordinate a market survey of properties offered for lease at a later date. Please note that this advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. A solicitation for offers may be issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs at a later date.
