- CANCELLATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is drumdpwrv0003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 2005-101 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-01-14 15:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Drum, NY 13602 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Wood Turtle Radio Transmitters: 1) total mass of Transmitter must be no heavier than 30 g (mass would include all parts of the transmitter-antenna, coating, attachment method, etc). 2) minimum life span (battery life) must be 1.5 years (~550 days) 3) transmitter must be fully waterproof 4) transmitters must be in the 155 and/or 156 MHz frequency range. Each individual transmitter frequency should be configured far enough apart from all other individual transmitter frequencies to avoid bleed over/overlap. 5) transmitters must be fully compatible with any commercially available receivers (must be universal). Transmitters coded to only work with specifically branded receivers are not acceptable. 6) Pulse rate must be between 20-40 ppm. 30 ppm is preffered 7) transmitter must be configured to be placed on the carapace of a wood turtle. It must be glue (epoxy) and/or bolt on (or may be meant to be both). 8) transmitter must be activated/deactivated magnetically NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
