Description

This notice is amended to add one (1) each 7500E Scanner Antenna, P/N 3985-43020, one (1) each 7500E Processor, P/N 3985-43070 and four (4) each 7500E Antenna Test Sensors, P/N 3985-45500. All other terms and conditions of the special notice remain unchanged. Award to Leonardo MW Ltd will occur on or about 1 July 2019. This notice is prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207 and is not a request for quote (RFQ). RFQ number 70Z03819QH0000083 is assigned for tracking purposes only. This is a notice of the Government's intent to award one (1) order with firm-fixed prices to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Leonardo MW Ltd, Edinburgh, UK for repair of two (2) each 7500E Scanner Antennae, P/N 3985-43020 and one (1) each 7500E Processer, P/N 3985-43070 on a sole source basis. These components are determined to be commercial items IAW FAR 2.101 and are used on the Coast Guard's HC-130 aircraft. Period of Performance will begin at award through delivery. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
