Description

Reference the attached sole source justification and approval. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or solicitation. This is a special notice to notify the general public of the Government's intension to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), sole source purchase order to Avenza Systems Inc., for the award of Avenza MAPublisher (for eight (8) licenses) with Geographic Imager Plug-In (eight (8) each). The Period of Performance is one (1) Base Year with two (2) Options Years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210 and the size standard is $27.5M. All responses received by 10 July 2019 will be considered by Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), 10 July 2019, to Crystalyn Gale, Contract Specialist, email: Crystalyn.gale@navy.mil.
