- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of Small Business firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334519. The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking small business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers, of brand specific equipment to all the following: Two CRC-55TR Dose Calibrator s which includes: Ionization chamber, display screen, PC port, Chamber Well Insert, and Syringe dipper. One NMIS (Nuclear Medicine Information System) Software with, NMIS Dose calibrator interface software and cable, NMIS Software (3 NodeNetwork Software) USB Barcode Reader & Software & Dyno label printer label writer twin turbo with 2 rolls of label paper, NMIS HARDWARE, HL-7 Interface and one day of in-house training. One NMIS Hardware: Dell Optiplex 3060 Computer includes: Intel Core i5 8500, 3 GHz Processor 4GB SDRAM, 500GB SATA Hard Drive 8X DVDRW Drive Dell E2016H 20" LCD Display Integrated Sound Card & Speakers, 2GB USB Thumb Drive (Daily Backup) 32 GB USB Thumb Drive (MonthlyBackup) HP Laserjet Pro 400 M402n Microsoft Windows 10 Professional 64 Surge Protector Keyboard & Mouse Warranty 1 Year Parts & Labor One Positron Shield for Dose Calibrator Chamber. Requirements: One dose calibrator will be installed in the Nuclear Medicine Hot Lab with the NMIS Software. The other dose calibrator will be installed in the new PET/CT Suite s Hot Lab along with the Positron shield. It will be delivered to building 36 warehouse NORTHPORT VAMC, NORTHPORT NY 11768 for delivery to the Nuclear Medicine department in the basement of building 200. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement.
