Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), North East Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC), Protective Species Branch (PSB) located at Woods Hole, Massachusetts intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Wild Me, Portland Oregon, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13, and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.303. The anticipated award date is 2 July 2019. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541511 with a business size standard of $27.5M. Department of Labor Wage Determination 2015-5563, REV 7, dated 12/26/2018 is applicable to this award.
