Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER to and is not a request for competitive proposals. The Department of Commerce/NOAA/National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has a requirement to enhance videos associated with the outputs of its ecosystem modeling enterprise and intends to negotiate with and issue a sole source, firm-fixed price award to PerspectX, Inc., Ogden, Utah, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). PerspectX, Inc., developed existing videos in consultation with the NMFS and additional applications/enhancements are now required. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
