Description

GPO has identified a requirement to test test the identified breakers in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. In response to this combined synopsis/solicitation, GPO intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the lowest priced/technically acceptable offer. To be technically acceptable the offeror shall demonstrate to be licensed or otherwise qualified to perform the required services with the District of Columbia and possess a history of satisfactory past performance. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
